Travel Services

Medical & Dental Referrals

  • provide the Member with names, addresses, telephone numbers and if requested by a Member and if available, office hours for physicians, hospitals, clinics, dentists and dental clinics within the area where the Member is located.
  • assist Members with the arrangement and confirmation of appointments with Medical Service Providers, assistance in arranging accommodations, post appointment communications and follow up with Members.

Medication, Medical Supplies & Replacement of Eyeglasses

  • arrange for delivery of medicines, drugs and medical supplies that are medically necessary for a Member’s care and/or treatment but which are not available at the Member’s location.
  • arrange to fill a prescription that has been lost, stolen or requires a refill.
  • arrange for shipment of replacement eyeglasses.

Medical Monitoring

  • monitor Member’s condition and will keep the Member’s family informed.

Emergency Evacuation

  • arrange and pay (up to the limits of the Membership Program purchased) for the ordinary and necessary expense of air and/or surface transportation, medical care during transportation, communications and all usual and customary ancillary charges incurred in moving and transporting a Member to the nearest hospital where appropriate medical care is available.

Medically Supervised Repatriation

  • will arrange and pay (up to the limits of the Membership Program purchased) for the ordinary and necessary expenses to transport the Member to his/her Home Country or Country of Assignment for subsequent in-patient hospitalization or rehabilitative treatment, following a medical evacuation where the Member is transported to a place outside his/her Home Country or Country of Assignment.

Repatriation of Mortal Remains

  • arrange and pay for all reasonable and necessary expenses for transporting the Member’s mortal remains from the place of death to the Member’s Home Country.
  • arrange and pay for the reasonable and necessary expenses for local burial at the place of death outside the Member’s Home Country if requested by a family Member, or legal representative.

Emergency Transportation, Accommodation & Assistance for Traveling Companions

  • arrange and pay for the cost of one economy class round trip airfare for a relative or friend to join a Member who has or can be reasonably expected to will be hospitalized outside his/her Home Country or Country of Assignment for more than seven (7) days.
  • arrange and pay for hotel accommodation for the Member’s companion who is visiting the Member while he/she is hospitalized outside his/her Home Country or Country of Assignment for more than seven (7) days.
  • arrange and pay for the cost of economy class one-way airfares for the transportation of such minor children to the Member’s Home Country or Country of Assignment as unaccompanied minor if left unattended as a result of a Member’s injury, illness or medical evacuation.
  • arrange and pay for one-way economy air transportation for the companion to the original departure point if member is evacuated.

Emergency Message Transmission

  • receive and transmit emergency messages between the family and the Member.

Legal Referrals

  • provide Members with names, addresses, telephone numbers and if requested by a Member and if available, office hours for lawyers or legal practitioners within the area where the Member is located.
  • locate attorneys available during regular working hours. Assistance will also be provided to advance bail bond, where permitted by law.

Lost Document Advice & Assistance

  • assist Members who have lost important travel documents (e.g. passport, credit cards) by providing liaison services and instructions for recovery or replacement.

Translation/Interpreter Services

  • provide personal telephone translation services and referrals of interpreter services during emergencies.

Claims Assistance

  • assist Members with coordinating overseas claims procedures with their insurance programs.

Emergency Funds Availability

  • arrange for an emergency cash transfer in currency, traveler’s checks, or other forms as deemed available if a Member’s cash or traveler’s checks are lost or stolen, or unanticipated emergency expenses are incurred.

Traveler Safety Assistance

  • In the event of a threat to personal safety the Member will have access/assistance in coordinating:
       - Assessment of the threat to the Member
       - Liaison with embassies and consulates
       - Liaison with local authorities
       - Liaison with local legal service providers
       - Transmission of emergency messages
       - Changes to travel reservations
       - Access to Vetted emergency specialists

  • Multi-Trip Platinum Members may elect to submit a DNA Specimen for Storage in the Vetted International DNA Bank at no additional cost indefinitely as long as Membership is in good standing for the sole purpose of Remains Identification, Death Claim Substantiation, and to aid in recovery of Missing Persons & Kidnapping Investigation.

Emergency Access to Records

  • instant availability of personal emergency records via the use of a password protected website and Smart Phone App (available for Apple IOS and Android) so that they can store and retrieve scanned images of any document deemed important by Member.

Electronic Travel Alerts

  • provides Members with the ability to receive up-to-date travel safety information via their e-mail and/or wireless device (by e-mail, text, push notification).

Travel Reports

  • summary reviews of the security situations in over 150 countries around the world.

City & Country Profiles

  • provide travelers access to information on over 11,000 destinations worldwide, including a complete report on local entertainment, social customs, and health advisories.

  • Epicurean needs: arranges the delivery of specialized foods and beverages to Member.
  • Event ticketing: provides tickets to virtually any sporting, theater or concert event worldwide.
  • Flowers and gift baskets: include the purchase and shipment of flowers and gift baskets to friends, family Members, and business associates.
  • Golf: provide referrals and tee times at golf courses around the world.
  • Hotel accommodations: offers research and recommendations on hotels worldwide and book reservations if requested by Member.
  • Meet-and-greet services: include the pick-ups of friends; family Members or business associates at airports or other common carrier destinations by limousine personnel.
  • Personalized retail shopping assistance: includes purchasing selected retail items at Member’s request.
  • Procurement of hard-to-find items: ensures our associates will use every means possible to obtain an obscure or exotic item at Member’s request.
  • Restaurant reviews and reservations: provides Member with information on restaurants worldwide and the ability to book reservations from anywhere, anytime.
  • Rental car reservations: provide worldwide reservations through most major rental car agencies.
  • Airline reservations: provide full-service air travel accommodations to destinations worldwide.
  • Pet Services Locator: helps travelers find pet-related services such as veterinarians and pet sitters.
